Hi, I'm Jen. Welcome to my page.

My own personal struggles, including childhood cancer at age 19, coupled with depression and substance abuse led me to seek help for the emotional pain I was feeling. The experience of working with a skilled and caring professional psychotherapist made me want to do the same for others.

After getting my master's degree in social work from NYU, I began the journey of helping others. Since 2002, I have worked in different healing settings including hospitals, physical therapy clinics and private offices.

I am thrilled to have my own private practice since 2011 which allows me to work remotely.
