Welcome to my newest (and most exciting) endeavor!

I'm excited to share that I am starting a new blog where colleagues, peers and friends (both old and new) can join me on my journey as a two time cancer survivor, Hodgkin's Lymphoma (age 19) and breast cancer survivor(age 59) while I live life to it's fullest and with purpose.

Flynn keeping company
One of the boys! So happy to have Finn and PJ join me on this adventure.

This platform will serve to document my personal experiences and showcase my commitment to assisting others in overcoming their challenges through my work as a psychotherapist. I will openly share my journey as a two-time cancer survivor dealing with ongoing health issues caused by radiation treatments from 1984 during my initial battle with cancer. I will explore topics such as loss, grief, recovery, and heartache, as well as the hope, belief, love, and joy I experience from the ongoing mind and body work I continue to engage in with my own healers.

During this journey, my goal is to cultivate opportunities for connection, support, and growth. Social justice issues are important to me, and it's time to stand up for what is right and just in our communities. Together, we can promote understanding and compassion as we navigate the complexities of healing and empowerment.

Join me as I share insights, stories, and resources that inspire hope and resilience. I look forward to connecting with you all and creating a space where we can learn and grow together.
